It's quite often the case that the artwork design you or your client chooses is to complex to be screen printed, that's where encapsulation comes into its own.
Any of our custom ring binders, clipboards and conference folders can be encapsulated with your printed sheets. Sealed in at the manufacturing stage, your digital or litho prints can be sealed on the front, front and spine or front spine and back. They can even be encapsulated onto the inside of the folder too, giving you complete artwork design freedom and making a durable professional looking folder.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU !
Your printed inserts can be either litho or digitally printed. For larger quantities litho is usually the route to go, but for those smaller runs digitally printed inserts are very cost effective. Because we're not printers we don't supply the printed inserts for encapsulation, although we can recommend printers we deal with on a regular basis if needed.INSERT SIZES AND PAPER WEIGHT
We will supply you with all the size information you'll need, enabling you to layout your artwork and cost the price of the printed inserts that you supply to us for encapsulating. Paper weight can be between 230-250gsm, for best results we recommend 250gsm. And don't forget !
We can liaise directly with your designer or printer if you'd prefer, making the whole process as easy for you as possible.
